Introduction
In the preparation of this site, we have made every effort to offer the most current, correct and clearly expressed information as is possible, however, there may be inadvertent errors. Changes are made periodically to this website and may be made at anytime without notice.

Delivery
Our normal despatch period for parcels is within 2 working days of receiving your order. Delivery times will vary.  Allow up to 5 working days for the delivery of goods. In the unlikely event of any product running out of stock temporarily, we will inform you immediately. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as the stocks are replenished. Our dedicated postal service provider (Eesti Post) sends out all orders to the customer by untracked post or (in Estonia) by ELS courier service to your door or to a Post24 terminal according to your choice. The addressee/recipient/purchaser of the goods should note that unless stated otherwise, RevalMed Trading does not accept responsibility for the return of any packages.

Buy Online Terms and Conditions
You may order in a fully flexible way: 1 or more boxes of a given product (e.g. 1, 2, 3… boxes of Liposinol) and/or 1 or more different type of products at the same time (e.g. 1 box of Herpatch Serum + 2 box of Liposinol + 1 box of Psorioderm Sampoo). Above 10 boxes you are kindly asked to contact us directly for getting your special deal conditions. You will be charged for the Shipping and Handling of orders based on your country location and (in Estonia) based on your chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated and showed during your check out process.

Cancellation
Any order placed with RevalMed Trading on this website cannot be cancelled.

Returns
If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods and decide to return your order, simply send it back unopened and non-used and indicate your Receipt ID. We will credit your account or issue a refund immediately.

PO Box Shipments

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and online payments through PayPal’s secure and convenient Website Payments Standard service (no PayPal account is needed!). Alternatively you are able to pay through Swedbank and SEB direct link, directly from your account. We are currently unable to accept personal cheques or Cash on Delivery.

Privacy

When you create an order online, we will ask for your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address. We will maintain the personal information for statistical purposes to improve our site for users’ needs, to offer services, to administer the site, and to correspond with users. If you wish for us to discontinue correspondence with you, we will terminate the activity upon receipt of your request. RevalMed Trading is committed to respecting your privacy online. We collect no personal identifiable information unless you voluntarily supply it. RevalMed Trading will not give or sell this information to any third party. However, we will provide your information to third parties that RevalMed Trading engages for product delivery.
